This aftermarket battery may not fit the original Dritz 28500 (No Longer Available) which had a narrower plug in receptacle than the replacement cutters Superior EC1, Elize USA EC-1, Consew EC-110, & Eastman MC-8 Cutters have. You may have to recharge your original battery instead of replacing. Replacement batteries will fit your charger but may not fit your Original Dritz 28500.
